I know, I know it is the first preseason game. However the defense did some things I have been wanting them to do for years.........rush the ball, go for it, put pressure on OL, QB, RB and have the corners to cover.
Overall they did a decent job. There looked to be a few SNAFUS, like leaving men open in the secondary. Not sure if that was a mix up in the back field or if the scheme let them loose.
Regardless, they look as if they have the potential to be a good defense. I like the 4-3 much better than the 3-4 perhaps it is because that is what Jimmy used for the SuperBowl wins.

I'll partake of some early season cool aid. The schedule looks very favorable for the first six games. If they can stun the Giants at home for the opener, they could be off to an early season race.
I'm still thinking 9-7 or 10-6, but let's hope they surprise me.
